Crafted by hand in founder Sue Feld’s Denver kitchen, Olive & Oat is authentically homemade granola. Though she had a professional background in the Boulder food scene, Sue wasn’t originally looking to start a business. Olive & Oat began with casual experiments in her kitchen, making granola for neighbors, family and friends. Soon the enthusiastic thank you notes turned into frequent requests for refills. With encouragement from these early fans, Sue decided to share her unique recipe for olive oil-based granola with the public, launching Olive & Oat in January 2018.
