Owners Todd and Tony have been running their Microgreen farm in Louviers, Colorado for over a decade. Spread across several acres, they grow their greens all year through hydroponic systems. This allows their soil to regenerate, for them to have better control over the nutrients dispersed in their hydroponics soil, and for their greens to be able to grow in rain on shine. Microgreen are 40% more nutritionally dense than store-bought produce, because they're clipped shortly after they've sprouted. They are amazing for fighting inflammation, cancer, indigestion, and as a rich source of vitamins.
